Romy and Linda Tiongco will have much to share with us about the work of MuCAARD in the Philippines, especially at this time of turmoil caused by armed conflict in the Marawi area of Mindanao in the Philippines.  MuCAARD-Inc is currently, with other NGOs, in the centre of the relief work being done in the affected areas.
