DESCRIPTION:10-16 May – Christian Aid Week: Virtual events \nIn\, around and beyond CA Week\, virtual or “hybrid” events include: \n\n‘Mary taught her son a lesson that day’ Women’s voices in the Bible \n\nThis was held as a live event on Wednesday 12th May in St Mary’s-without-the-Walls\, Handbridge\, but still available to view on YouTube:  www.youtube.com/channel/UCHvzYJ1wjdH8XXy_gtovCBQ \nTrevor Dennis drew upon his young people’s Bible and his collections of stories and poems. Michael Reynolds\, the organist and choirmaster at St Mary’s and another local musician provided some inspiring and uplifting music.  Donations to Christian Aid. \n\nSong of the Prophets Join us on Wednesday 9 June 7-8pm to witness the debut performance of a new orchestral work Song of the Prophets: A Requiem for the Climate. There will be an address from Dr Rowan Williams\, former Archbishop of Canterbury\, and a panel discussion with climate campaigners. Christian Aid has collaborated with Chineke!
