Oxfam’s Duncan Green makes a return visit to Chester in the wake of the launch of his latest book, How Change Happens.

How Change Happens explores how political and social change takes place, and the role of individuals and organizations in influencing that change. He discusses the challenges to traditional aid practices, and argues that activists, whether in campaigns, companies or governments, must fundamentally rethink the way they understand the world and try to influence it.
