Our second Forum meeting of the 2019-20 season.

Speaker Natalia Jancewicz of Transition Chester on the theme “Degrowth” – economic development along ecological lines. The current economic model is based on continual, endless growth, which is not possible in a world of finite resources.  Degrowth looks at democratically led solutions to achieve environmental sustainability, social justice and wellbeing, which will include putting value on improving our “green” assets.
